Weta Workshop has officially opened pre-orders for two new 14-centimeter statues from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, bringing both the hero and one of his earliest adversaries to their 1:6 scale line in a compact format.
The first sculpt focuses on Bilbo Baggins as portrayed by Martin Freeman, capturing the character right as he decides to leave Bag End. Standing 14 centimeters tall, the polystone and polyurethane piece depicts Bilbo at his green garden gate holding Thorin Oakenshield’s long dwarven contract in one hand and his walking stick in the other. Priced at $179 with an estimated shipping date in early 2027, the statue captures his quiet determination as he steps onto the path to adventure.
Releasing alongside Bilbo is the Great Goblin, chieftain of the Misty Mountains orcs. Also standing 14 centimeters tall and priced at $179, the digital sculpture by Daniel Holland recreates the character’s massive, grotesque physique and sagging flesh from the film’s production references. The detailed piece features his bone crown, skull-topped wooden staff, and a bone-strewn platform base.
Both collectibles offer fans an accessible entry point and smaller footprint for displays while maintaining the studio’s movie-accurate sculpt standards.
