Larien walked through the halls of her home. It seemed like it had forever since she had been here.
“Larien what are you doing?” Eldarion asked.
“I’m thinking.” She replied suddenly.
“Oh,” Eldarion said softly. He started to walk away.
“I just don’t know what to do. I’m in love with Ereinion and mom even told me I could marry him if I really wanted to, and I do its just that he is like a mortal and like I’ve seen what that can do to you because of mom. I just don’t know what to do.” She said in a sad tone.
“Larien, I can only tell you what I think. Do what you think is best. Don’t listen to other people.” Eldarion said.
“Thanks bro, your the best.”
She walked to her room, sat on her bed and just thought. She thought about how her mom was, her dad, and everybody. Then she thought about the future. Did she really want to turn out like her mother? Or did she was to be like Legolas and live forever? She grabbed a piece of paper and started to write,
I wish I could see you. I know that you are waiting to hear my answer to your life changing question. So, here it is. No. I don’t think that I am ready to get married. I am sorry, but the right person will come along and you will be happy. I wish you the best,
Larien put it in a envelop and started to cry.
Ereinion looked at the letter and reread it. He couldn’t believe that this was happening. Larien didn’t want to marry her.
“I guess something’s aren’t ment to be.” He said.
“Hey, Ereinion!” someone called.
He turned to look and noticed someone familiar. It was a old friend. Her name was Gláclya. She wasn’t as beautiful as Larien, but she was close. He was starting to fall in love with her as they talked.
