Once inside the darkness falls
The blackness of Morian halls
Once dwarfen heaven, now dwarven tomb
The company stumble through the gloom
Far behind a creature stalks
Avoiding hoards of steathy orcs
The fellowship hurry swiftly on
Past the hall towards the yon
Across the bridge they hurry south
As Gandalf blocks the tunnel’s mouth
A demon, Balrog tries to cross
But sword held high, it’s Gandalf’s loss
‘You shall not pass!’ he shouts aloud
But Gandalf is pulled down with the fiery cloud
The Dead Marshes.
The dead marhes through the eyes of a child who witnessed it. Though it may be your initial reponse, please keep in mind that it is not based off any real characture from Lord of the Rings. I made this one all up. Please comment.
