Walking, Ever Walking – Ranger

by Jul 12, 2004Poetry

Walking, ever walking,
though freezing winner storms,
and sizzling desert valleys.

Walking, ever walking,
with only my strong war horse,
and gleaming stained sword.

Walking, ever walking,
with my tattered old cloak,
and oily long hair.

Walking, ever walking,
either a heart wrenching battle
or waiting for one to start.

Walking, ever walking,
this is my life,
the life of a ranger.
