Theoden’s Charge – Theoden’s Defeat

by Feb 28, 2003Poetry

Bright was his helm,
Shining like the sun,
Keen was his spear,
It’s tip gleaming,
All others fled,
Yelling and screaming,
But he never was spoke to again,
By mortal man,
Unless in halls of Mandos,
The Nazgul had taken him.
Him and his horse Snowmane,
Master’s Bane.
