The Nazgul

by May 22, 2003Poetry

Eyes of nothing, seeing flame,
Screaching cry, awaken pain,
For this night the Nazgul fly,
Who do not live, yet did not die.

Sword of power, morgul spells,
Living terror, seeing hells
As yet the life in malice lives,
Breathing hate to all that lives.

Steed of frenzy, Nazgul soar,
Among the carrion foul of war,
Living evil, evil lives,
Rings of power this will gives.

Darkness shrouded in deep night,
Fallen Kings, they do now fight
As now the forces dark parole,
They go riding, life they stole.

And so this day the riders ride,
They do not see, yet you can’t hide,
For this night the Nazgul fly,
Who do not live, yet did not die.
