So Small A Thing – A poem of the the Great Ring of Power

by Dec 16, 2002Poetry

So small a thing to set the
World ablaze. So small a thing
To wreck havoc on all beings.
The world burns from it. Life
Is destroyed by it. So small a
Thing to burden one. One who
Once knew love and now knows
None. All because of one little
Ring. So small it is, but yet so
Great in power. With its evil it
Devours, all that once stood
For peace and strength. So
Full of wickedness and hate.
So small a thing to burden him.
So small a thing.
