Sauron’s Assasin

by Sep 22, 2004Poetry

Under Sauron’s order,
he walks,
out of mordor,
and stalks,
his prey,
he is silent,
all night and all day,
his feet hardly touch the ground,
not a crunch,
not a sound,
he follows,
in the light and in the dark,
he bides his time,
doesn’t leave a mark,
over mountain,
and down through the mines,
he waits,
he watches,
until the time is right,
and then:
he STRIKES.
