Redeem Ourselves

by Jun 22, 2004Poetry

We broke the treaty and sealed our fate
To never die. Our flesh has rotted
Fleshless spirits we have become
Many years have gone by
Hope has fled our tomb
Then our redeemer comes

Our redeemer with the air of a king
And the light of Númenor in his eyes
Aragorn son of Arathorn
With him to the Stone now we go
We will fight again now
For Gondor, against our old foe
With Aragorn at our head
We shall redeem ourselves
And finally be in peace.
