Our plight – The hope of Galadriel

by Apr 22, 2003Poetry

Do not let the shadow weigh deep upon thy heart,
For in all lands love is now mingled with bitter grief,
For such are these days, my friend.

And yet, I see how hope remains,
After darkness falls,
Though thee do not see it, now.

And I see the day
Not too far away
When the lands are free again.
