Nárelle Sárendur – Lady of Mirkwood

by Dec 31, 2002Poetry

I sit here and remember
The glorious days of yesteryear
When the stars shone bright
And to my eyes comes a tear
I saw the end of one Age
And the dawning of another
The first was ever mournful
Like the death of a brother
The second was worryful
Waiting for a returning
of the Lord we feared
But instead came the King
And the third Age of life
The Fouth Age of the Earth
I am Nárelle Sárendur
Sindarin Elf by birth
