Mr. Frodo – a poem about THE hobbit

by Feb 10, 2003Poetry

His faithful garderner at his side
He set out upon adventure dark
To unknown deed and unknown land
Through lands unruly and untamed.

He left behind beloved Shire
Abandoned comfort, home,and rest
For fear and pain, he set forth
The ultimate sacrifice he was ready to pay.

And when at lat he reached far Imladris
He thought his quest at last was through
But Council brought another task
Yet more perilous and dark

Hope and strenth must see him through
When no one else is there to trust
Loyal gardener by his side
He sets out to destroy HIS bane
