Memory of a king – Happy

by Mar 28, 2003Poetry

“O how the stars doth shine
Kindled eyes alike to thine
And I shall weep upon the day
Thy beauty is brone far away.”

“O how lived is the dream
In thy voice. What could seem
To be thy hand upon thy heart
In the lands where we must part.”

“O King, in thy royal blood
Is to be loved as thou should,
With all my love, and thy hope,
It doth live.”

and the immortl akin to mortal men kissed the faded hue of the dead Kings lips, and in that moment no tear, nor cry could ever hope to marr the queen wed mortal, elven star.
