Hope for Frodo and Sam

by Dec 2, 2004Poetry

Roads you walk aren’t all in vain
Journeys you travel aren’t all unjust.
For soon blue skies will replace bitter rain
And uncertainty will turn to dust.

Hope seems so far from you these days
The roads you walk have no meaning.
But hope, you will see works in many ways
And everything surrounding keeps you dreaming.

Tears may run, your heart may seem to break
Happiness, it seems has hidden.
But hope does not keep your dream at stake
And think of how far you have ridden.

The clouds above are serenity
Just look around and you will see
The woods are keeping mysteries
Of leaves and trees and far-off streams
Everything is as it should be.
If only you can see.
