Frodo the Wanderer – A poem.

by Aug 16, 2002Poetry

Travelling o’er hill and dale,
And craggy mountain peak.
Frodo-the hobbit set sail
To accomplish a magnificent feat.

Carrying the Ring to a lake of fire
Most dangerous of tasks.
Through thick and coarse mire
Being hunted by men with masks.

Now Frodo lives in hobbit lore;
His grave dug long ago.
No longer does he hear the roar
Of all his friends in tow.
