Forever Young – A Poem

by Jan 28, 2003Poetry

I’ve seen every age
Through thick and thin
I have seen much death
Wars that we could not win

After this long
Pain is but a memory
Too much I have seen
Nothing seems to hurt me

Until I sail away
I shall forever dwell among
Death, pain, and fear
Always and forever young
