Fair maiden in the night – A poem from the heart of Gliondar

by Sep 10, 2002Poetry

Oh fair maiden of the night.
Thou has stolen my heart,
Thou has stolen my life.

My soul is but a burning flame,
And never will I quench.
I am a bright star in the heavens,
and I’ll always give you light.

Oh my darling maiden of the night.
My heart shall be yours,
And so too my life.
