Eowyn’s hopeless hope – Trust

by Apr 13, 2003Poetry

For death and glory shall I ride this morn
As the shieldmaid with the sword
That shall my dying grace adorn
As I lay among the heathan sway
That the horn doth pierce no tide
And lost shall be my final say,
Forth to war, to war I ride.

* i know this is a bit short, but I don’t think that it would sound right long
