Burden – *to frodo*

by Jun 25, 2002Poetry

Life fades away,
Hearts turn to stone.
You call out his name.
Your left all alone.
Nothings worthwhile.
You try hard, but can’t fake a smile.
You can’t fake a hollow,
Blinded mind.
You’ve finally accepted,
Life’s just so unkind.
So you give up with nothing to hold.
You let yourself die.
Your heart is so cold.
But you know it’s way too late.
You can’t fight this burden
It happens to be your fate.
