Many fans know that Star Wars actor Anthony Daniels (C-3PO) provided the voice of Legolas for Ralph Bakshi’s animated Lord of the Rings film. Well, now it seems that another actor is making the crossover between the two universes.

Cirdan of Der Herr der Ringe called our attention to an article in Star Wars website The Force.Net announcing that Star Wars: Episode II actor Jay Laga’aia will play a lead Uruk Hai in Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings.
