We just received in a note from Houghton Mifflin with the following info:
Just wanted to pass on the great news that Ian McKellen and Sean Astin will be helping to celebrate Lord of the Rings Day at 1:00 p.m. on November 8th! McKellen will be appearing at the New York City location (Barnes & Noble, 33 East 17th Street) and Astin will be at the Los Angeles location (Brentano’s, 8500 Beverly Boulevard) for the exclusive video event!!!
