Celluloid and Cigarette Burns has posted our first in-action shots of Luke Evans as Bard in The Hobbit!  We all know the vital role he plays in the book (brief though it is), but Evans has revealed that Bard will play a more substantial part in the films–which, though it aches me as a lover of the literature, is probably a good idea… What do you think of these photos?
