If you watched the 6 minute video Peter Jackson released today, you may have caught a bit of an “Easter Egg” while he’s pulling out some artwork showing off Mirkwood.

As he reaches his hand under the coffee table, another paper falls down a bit, revealing the text “Star Wars Episode VIII” and “Peter Jackson” stenciled over the top. Here’s a close up (click to zoom in):

So, what do you think?  April Fool’s, or an honest slip.

My money is on PJ’s tricksiness–this almost certainly isn’t real… But I hope I’m wrong!
