Now you can wear a Lord of the Rings vest created especially for the film crew! These vests have Lord of the Rings printed on the front and Day 133: May 23, 2000 and a ring on the back. They were created to commemorate the half-way point on the production of this highly anticipated film, which is being directed by Peter Jackson. 1000 of these vests were made. Most were given to the crew and 97 extras will be auctioned on our site in the coming months. This is the first batch of 10 being offered to the public and the top ten bidders will pay the lowest wining bidder’s price. Each vest comes with a letter of authenticity from New Line Cinema, which will also specify which batch the vest was purchased from. US winning bidders pay $15 shipping and handling and international bidders pay $30.
