I heard from Toy Vault today that the Gollum and Gimli action figures should be leaving from Hong Kong today. They will take several weeks to make it to California and then they will begin to be distributed.
They also mentioned that Gandalf the Grey and Balrog of Khazad-Dum are still available from https://www.westfield.com. These action figures are limited edition.
