GoldberryWorld-renowned fantasy artist Tim Hildebrandt passed away on June 11, 2006 due to complications from diabetes.

Known as one half of the Brothers Hildebrandt team, Tim and his brother Greg produced some wonderful artwork in their well-known 1970s Tolkien calendars. He was one of the first artists other than Tolkien to truly envision Middle-earth with his public art, and give it a vision that so many people have loved.
