I definitely would recommend this movie it was awesome, maybe I was just expecting too much?
Ok, here's the reason I'm a purist: every change made by Jackson has been far inferior to Tolkien's version. This movie merely confirms that.
There were two things about the film that stood out. One was simply annoying the other leads on to deeper issues.
"I am sitting here trying to put my thoughts in order..."
It could've waited until the morning.
"Hey, it's finally here!"
Further from the books, but a better film because of it.
"The East Coast is checking in here. I have officially seen The Two Towers one and a half times so far and I plan to see it many more times..."
A discussion of the elements of the movie [may contain 'spoilers' for those of you who care about such things]
A slightly disappointed Brit...
"After being refreshed (if you can call so if you've already seen the Fellowship twelve times) with the first movie, on midnight The Two Towers begun in our little Dutch village..."
I went in with high expectations, but did I come out satisfied?
"The Day has finally come And I am shining like the sun I have finally witnessed it Did it disappoint me? Not a bit..."
Ent war? Faramir friend or foe? Will Arwen be dumped?
