Looks a bit vector-based to me, what gives it a retro look really interesting. I am not fond of the colour combination, but that is because it reminds me of the Wicked Witch from The Wizard of Oz - her iconic image is very similar to this Aragorn.
Perhaps you should think about reducing the size of the image when uploading it - it's like being to close to a real painting to be able to appreciate it as it should.
