It's the same color in the movie.
I have issues that I will not state here about the person wearing it, but the dress is nice.

As for the guy in the background, how about this one...?

Or maybe Minas Tirith was having a plague of mumps? No doubt brought by those nasty, unhygienic orcs...

oh yeah, the dress - I seem to remember it says somewhere in the book her dress was the green of new leaves in spring, so at least they got that right (don't talk to me about sliding down elephants!)

When me and my lovely, handsome boyfriend marry, I'm going to design my wedding dress like Arwens, I love that colour, so much better than white or ivory, which are so boring.
I love this picture and they look so happy, i always cry when Aragorn and Arwen set eyes on one another, the look of love, it really gets to me.... I love the headdress too.... I wonder if they'll ever do a replica of that so i can buy it...

At least SOMEONE finally spoke my mind and didn't criticize this BEAUTIFUL PICTURE!!!! The dress is GORGEOUS...i dont see the problem! The color is gorgeous as well! Also, Aragorn's face looks fine...and he does look happy and glad! Now it may not be so clear in a picture, but hey, its JUST a picture!
