I love it. I'm a big fan of plain old-fashioned black and white, and I think that could also be seen as a symbol of the lack of compassion in Angband, the sheer horror of it.
The dark sky in the background brings out the towers, and I'm impressed, as I would have done the opposite, making the towers darker. I would have liked to see some more detail in the rocks and crags, but very well done.
