Not quite the Tom I pictured, but good job! He looks ugly and fierce, which is how the trolls are supposed to be. He looks funny in this picture as well. It kind of made me laugh. I guess it's also because it looks like he's standing in daylight, turning to stone, and I like that.

it's exactly how i imagined trolls , except that he doesn't seem very stupid . he has a smart look on his face .

But I think he looks too smart. Trolls are supposed to be bug, dumb, ugly... The trolls in the Hobbit were easily fooled by Gandalf's voice tricks. But it is nice anyways.

It's like Sven said... the symbol... what's it for? It really distracts the rest of the picture and you don't really notice much more about it because it's so bright your eyes keep wandering back to it... maybe if you just shaded it in? something to make it a bit darker and less eye catching... but other than that, great work! I love it!
