I wonder what Tolkien would think of all this...who would he blame it on, the film-makers, himself? Very sorry to talk negatively about the weakeningly beautiful Elijah Wood...pardon... Was i drooling? But i really do think that it's got to be a terrible life trying to fend off teenage girls day in and day out, while at the same time trying to live down his Frodo status. I mean, not only has he had an on-and-off acting career that started when he was age seven, (which is bad enough) but he also will now be typecast and stereotyped as a short, furry-footed little man we know as a hobbit. In a way I feel sorry for this kid. not only is he chased by the world's 14yr olds at the moment, he will be associated with frodo for the rest of his life and acting career. hope he manages to tackle this without turning to a destructive lifestyle.

Swooners Galore! But, one must admit, this man they call Elijah Wood is quite the looker! For me, I prefer Orlando Bloom and Sean Bean! I wonder what Tolkien would think of all this...who would he blame it on, the film-makers, himself? Swooners Galore! But, one must admit, this man they call Elijah Wood is quite the looker! For me, I prefer Orlando Bloom and Sean Bean! I wonder what Tolkien would think of all this...who would he blame it on, the film-makers, himself? For it is he who wrote the books, and they it was the Great Peter Jackson who put it to live action film, who can we blame for bringing about massive crushes and swoonage? I guess we will just have to blame ourselves for being such hormonally-driven ravenous women!!!!!!

Very sorry to talk negatively about the weakeningly beautiful Elijah Wood...pardon... Was i drooling? But i really do think that it's got to be a terrible life trying to fend off teenage girls day in and day out, while at the same time trying to live down his Frodo status. I mean, not only has he had an on-and-off acting career that started when he was age seven, (which is bad enough) but he also will now be typecast and stereotyped as a short, furry-footed little man we know as a hobbit. I guess that most of you would disagree, but calling someone sexy to me is sort of like an insult. I mean, I really see no point int it; it's disgusting, and I don't like it. Say about me what you will, I don't care. I think that he is very attractive, but I really hate to call men *spasm* hot...or cute...or *shudder* sexy...ugh ugh ugh...Anyhoo, this is a good picture of Elijah, and I find his eyes very seductive and entrancing. Girls, I'm speechless. At you, not Elijah. Now I'm wondering how many different ways there are to say that Elijah is hot. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not whingeing. I think every girl will go through a Rant-N-Rave stage in their lives. Just that I'm getting a bit creaky in my joints now, can't find that much energy to rant anymore... (I'm not tt old actually, I'm born in 1981 like Elijah but I guess at 21 one does not really fancy teenage adulation)
I love Sam though... funny this book made me discover a very child-like side to myself. I am never a fan of fantasy (hate STAR WARS!) but LOTR is way cool.
As for Elijah... when I was 15 and still buying those teenage mags they used to have pics and posters of EW but I never took an interest (I think it'll be interesting to dig those old mags out and see what he looked like when he was younger... if I have the time). When he first played Frodo, I was like, Gee... who is that creepy guy with the freakish bug-eyes? But his look grows on me. Hot? I don't think he's really hot... more cute, as cute as a button.
As great as he is as Frodo Baggins, I do hope that he gets out of this teenage craze soon and get more good roles in movies. Cos I don't think he wants to be remembered for the rest of his life as 'that cute guy who played the hobbit.' And this guy can act, gotta admit.
