It is very good. I have seen work of this quality before....pieces like this one tend to have ribbons attached to them. Have you submitted any of your artwork for judging yet? If not, don't give up if any submissions do not receive an award the first time, try several contests....
If all the judges are dweebs, forget them. I'm sure that if you wanted to, you could sell your artwork just about anywhere there are Tolkien fans willing to purchase good quality work. Before doing so, though, I would talk to someone who knows all the ins-and-outs of the trade first.
Again, this is an excellent piece of work.

beautiful the reason why some people liek StinkMonger, yarazi and AshNazgDurbatulûk give it a low mark because they are freaks and cant stand seeing pictures so good they know they can never draw better. but the prodominatnt reason is because they are freaks. thank you very much. this is one of the only 3 fives i gave out for original artwork.

This amazing piece of art shows not only a wonderfuly strong face but an incredible ability to portray human features which is no easy task. The skin detail on the neck is brilliant. I also liked the clothing you could almost touch it. I would like to know the art medium? it looks like artists pastels (soft) but i am not too sure. it is hard to tell from the computer screen.

This looks so much like the movie Boromir. There just needs more contrast between the background and hair color, because they're almost the same color. I like the eyes: they're just a little too green.

His eyes.... Very vivid, very intense... whole and pure like a drop of Green rain into a clear ocean. Incredibly striking. Sensational. I mean just, yikes. Other than that.... The picture's wonderful, perfect in almost every way. But one thing, aren't Boromir's eyes supposed to be grey? At least in the book I think that's what it says.... But the drawing itself is beyond words. I wish I could draw like that!

The picture's wonderful, perfect in almost every way. But one thing, aren't Boromir's eyes supposed to be grey? At least in the book I think that's what it says.... But the drawing itself is beyond words. I wish I could draw like that!

This amazing piece of art shows not only a wonderfuly strong face but an incredible ability to portray human features which is no easy task. The skin detail on the neck is brilliant. I also liked the clothing you could almost touch it. I would like to know the art medium? it looks like artists pastels (soft) but i am not too sure. it is hard to tell from the computer screen.

Tres bien! I thought this was a photo. but then i looked closely at it and i saw it was a drawing. i wish i could draw that good. sadly i'm not that good.
That's weird why didn't LOTR_freak02 say anything? i thought LOTR_freak02 liked Boromir.

like some people have said the eyes do look a bit artificial but i think that just makes the piece more original. you should well submit some more pictures!!!

His eyes.... Very vivid, very intense... whole and pure like a drop of Green rain into a clear ocean. Incredibly striking. Sensational. I mean just, yikes.
Other than that....
Boromir's expression... or well... yeah. His expression is a tad too... mean. I guess. I mean, Borimir.. he's just. His expression is just a little too malevolent.

The picture's wonderful, perfect in almost every way. But one thing, aren't Boromir's eyes supposed to be grey? At least in the book I think that's what it says.... But the drawing itself is beyond words. I wish I could draw like that!
