This is a pretty good picture. I like the background and Turin Turambar especially. However Glaurung's legs look weird and Turin's sword was black.

this is a great pic, as most of teds are, but in the
book, Glaurung is sleeping as Turin thrusts his sword
into the dragon. and i dont know about anyone else,
but that looks like a very uncomfortable position to
be sleeping in, even for a dragonl.

still think its good though

Trolloc-- Glaurung was sleeping as Turin approached but awakened and was in the process of moving his bulk across the ravine when Black Gurthang bit deep into his evil entrails......One of the bravest feats in all of the books!!!
I really like the background and the lighting!!!

i also thought that the scale was just a little too small.
so i agree with bzooka and supersamwisegamgee. The story of Turin Turambar is my favorate but its the best ive seen of it so ill give it 5

It's not a particularly impressive Glaurung, and it does have
some awkward anatomical positions, but it's an awsome painting.
I imagine it as an untitled work, and think of it as a great bit of fantasy art.

I think theGalurung looks perfect! Wicked looking tail! Also, the facial expression on the guy is priceless. Guess he just realizes that Glaurung is trying to roast him and it might be the last time Glaurung will try that!
