I thought that all hobbits were supposed to have brown eyes. There was never any mention in the books that Frodo's eyes were supposed to be blue. Only that he was taller than "some" hobbits, and "fairer" than most. Which could be interpreted to mean that he was better looking than most of his fellow hobbits. We know that he was lighter because he was over half Fallohide (being mostly Brandybuck). I know that this seems to be a small matter, but Pippin and Merry are his cousins and they are all or mostly all Fallohide to, so if Frodo had blue eyes shouldn't Pippin and Merry have them as well?

He wears colored contacks durring most of the movie...but in this pic, and in this scene it is his real eyes!They r a normal blue color, it is just the lighting that makes them look darker. I rate it a 5 because u can't put any lower 4 Elijahs eyes!!!
