  3. All my tattoos are from either Tolkien Calenders and/or The Lord of the Rings poster and/or renditions from descriptions used in Tolkiens writings that my tattoo artist and myself came up with. The Balrog was based on every description and all the calender drawings I could find but I didn't want it to resemble a Bull. So my tattoo artist (FYI - his name is Midas and presently - May 20, 2001, he works out of Masterpiece Tattoo Studio in Salem, New Hampshire - AND he did ALL my tattoos)drew up the one you see covering my right shoulder. He has a mane and whip of flames and a sword stabing me in the chest and coming out my back! Also, you can see the Balrog's name is Gothmog in the flames (just above the Gollum tattoo). The Arwen tattoo is from a Tolkien calender and in person you'd see it came out "exactly" like the calender drawing! Thanks for your comments.

  11. I know Midas from years ago, he did my back , calves and chest. I would really like to get in touch with him. If you know how to reach him have him call Norm @ 520-445-5598. I met him through a mutual friend named Greg Maurer who sent him to Houston where I was living at the time. He wound up stayin with me and Denise for awhile. Pass this on to him if you will. What I've written here won't make much sense to you but it will identify me to him.
