New Zealand Lord of the Rings Actors Sue New Line Cinema

Mark Ferguson as Gil-GaladVariety is reporting that 15 New Zealand actors are suing New Line Cinema to recover money they say they are owed for the merchandising of the films.Filed May 30 in Los Angeles Superior Court, the actors claim they should have received 5% of "net merchandising revenue" split among all actors whose characters are portrayed on the merchandise.
