He was shot down by a few sites, and being the sincere person he is, he went back to his sources in Peter Jackson's camp for clarifications. Today he confirms what we've all been waiting to hear: Peter Jackson WILL indeed direct The Hobbit... along with an LOTR-prequel, drawn from the matter of The Silmarillion and The History Of Middle-earth series.
